Functions at a glance
The pulse dust collector provided by our company is equipped with port discharge hopper, automobile discharge pit, conveying system, cleaning equipment and weighing equipment for centralized dust treatment, which has the advantages of novel appearance, reasonable design and flexible process layout.
Main features:

1. The cylindrical box has good rigidity and strength; the dust-containing gas enters the machine through tangential centrifugation, which plays a primary purification function and improves the dust removal effect.

2. A single dust collector can be equipped with a sliding vane or a low-pressure air pump; multiple equipment can be equipped with a low-pressure air pump or a three-blade Roots blower for centralized air supply.

3. It occupies a small area, has low noise, and has a compact equipment design. The noise of the low-pressure air pump is 78dB, which is lower than the noise of the air compressor. The motor equipped with the air pump has low power.

4. It can handle large air volumes. This series of equipment is equipped with a dust cleaning system and can handle large air volumes.

5. The low-pressure pulse solenoid valve is directly activated by an electronic signal to achieve blowing, with large air release volume and advanced and reliable performance.

6. The pulse control adopts DMK-I type computer pulse controller. This controller uses imported microcomputer chips, replaces hardware with software, and also has WATCHDOG system, fault-tolerant design, anti-interference design and functional design trinity software support. The peripheral circuit is simple and has Intelligent, it realizes the injection interval, digital pulse width input, and output monitoring, with better stable performance and higher reliability.
