The TQLZ series circulating vibration cleaning screen is a combination of efficient self balancing vibration screen and circulating air separator. Mainly used for screening large, medium, small, and light impurities in grains. The equipment is equipped with a dedicated mixing mechanism to ensure that materials evenly enter the screen surface and have a good cleaning effect. The matching single circulation air separator is used for air separation and cleaning of light impurities. The equipment comes with a built-in fan and settling debris removal, eliminating the need for external air network equipment. It has the characteristics of small investment, large processing capacity, low energy consumption, smooth operation, and good cleaning effect.

This new cleaning sieve can be configured with three structural forms: two-layer sieve plate, three-layer sieve plate, and four-layer sieve plate based on the particle size of the material and its impurities. Two layer sieve plates can screen single materials, while three or four layer sieve plates can screen multiple materials without changing the sieve surface. With simple operation, the same equipment can clean two or more materials with different particle sizes, better solving the needs of grain, feed, chemical and other processing enterprises for cleaning multiple particle raw materials (corn, wheat, sorghum, barley, soybean and other grain and chemical products).
