FLAT BOTTOM SILO

The type silo is widely used in bins if long diameter and big capacity,noted for its easy constraction and low cost. you can adopt many ways for discharging such as the fluidized discharging method,multispot discharging method ,the flat bottom sweep discharging method or man made cleaning. you can adopt cement conical bottom to complete free fow discharing this type is widely used in grain processing or storage such as oil,feed,flour,starch,brew,port or grain banklines.

HOPPER BOTTOM SILO INTRODUCTION
 

The type is free-flow discharging with good cleaning by itself without residue.It's wide ued in seed,flour,feed breed,cement and chemical lines which neeed cleaning frequently.The concial bottom silo has the features od solid brance and high concial bottom strength three slopes of 40 45 and 60 among which 60 concial bottom is applicable to store bigger pelletled and powdered material swith high viscosity

The surface of the warehouse body is made of SGC440 hot-dip galvanized high-strength sheet, ensuring that the galvanizing amount per square meter is not less than 275g/, which has strong anti-corrosion effect. It is difficult to dissolve in water and provides good protection for the steel fastener substrate.
According to customer needs, in special areas such as coastal and southern humid and hot areas, the galvanized layer on the roof of the warehouse can reach 350g/, and the warehouse body can reach 450g/,600g/.

 

10.9 grade high-strength bolts can withstand much larger loads than ordinary bolts of the same specification. The screws, nuts, and washers of the bolts are made of high-strength steel. High strength bolt connections are made by clamping the connecting plate components with a large tightening pre tension in the bolt rod, which can generate a large amount of friction, thereby improving the overall integrity and stiffness of the connection.
